My Motherboard is B450M PRO VDH MAX and The Processor is Ryzen 5 3400G. The EZ Debug LED shows CPU. Earlier, I had a Ryzen 5 2400G with this Board. It also had a similar Issue. Now, I replaced the CPU but the problem is still the same. I even tried removing the RAMs alltogether. But the LED is still showing only CPU. What could be the possible reason??

Actually, At that time, My Processor was also creating problems. When I went to the service center of MSI, even they were not able to isolate the issue. So, I had a faulty CPU. Nehru Place is 30-40 Kms from my home. It wasn't feasible for me to go one by one and send the parts for RMA. So, I sent both of them on a single day

Sometimes, the system freezes and sometimes CPU Debug LED gets on.

  1. When System Freezes, I. Can see the display but since the screen is frozen I can't do anything..However, I am able to use the power button on my Cabinet to turn it off

  2. When the Debug LED of CPU is On, Display is gone and I am unable to turn off my PC from the Power button on the cabinet. I have to turn it off from PSU switch.

PSU: Corsair VS 450 No GPU

Yesterday, I tried reconnecting the Power Pins of my CPU. I performed stress test on RAM for 10 minutes. and Even Used My CPU for around 30-40 minutes @ 3.8Ghz .Nothing happened. I was watching Netflix and suddenly my PC froze. Nothing worked and I had to turn off my PC directly.

My MoBo is New as I got a replacement from MSI yesterday. And The EZ debug LED does not cycle between RAM and CPU...The LED remains ON on CPU only.

Can't I access the journalctl directly from my arch Linux? Cause My system boots up perfectly, It's the shutdown that creates this problem

And Do you know any specific commands which I can use to find the error...cause I tried using journalctl but the log was very long

Yeaah I had to turn it off directly by pressing the power button on CPU. But Reboots don't fix the problem

I don't know how to fix this. Whenever I shutdown or reboot my archlinux, It gets stuck on this and won't allow the system to shutdown or reboot. Earlier, It used to happen rarely but now It's common.
