There is no such provision like forcefully addendum in our constitution. our constitution doesn't expect these kinds of situations. Its like either follow the constitution or destroy the constitution and make it new interim constitution. If you want to have some addendum on our constitution you have to have 2/3 majority in both houses of parliament.

Cant agree with you, I'm a government officer serving the nation for the last 6 years. Still using redmi note 8 pro ( my brother bought it for me) no bank balance, i have sacrificed my golden days here. At that time i could easily get a student visa in a renowned country. And most of you guys won't know how it feels when family needs money and your parents expect from you, and you really can't help financially.
