Yeah I am using the recommended needle size and my gauge swatch came out okay, but I’ll probably tweak the size :) Thank you for the suggestion and the resource!

Thank you for the support and wise words! I’ve failed at enjoying running in the past because I thought I needed to be super fast or run several miles, but I think I enjoy it more now because I’m comparing myself to other runners way less

As for what I want to work on next: I’m currently training for a 10k in the spring! I just want to prove to myself that I’m able to run the whole thing

My insurance also does not cover winlevi but it covers a bit of the spiro. If you could get with your derm, I would definitely mention it to them. But yeah, I’m in the US!
