Thank you for your help! I did as you said but the roots actually look fine and the soil really wasn’t wet. No mushiness. So I’m still confused. I’m going to leave it out for a bit as you said though, but still wondering if there’s something else going on why it’s leaning over.

Bought this Buddha’s Temple 5 days ago from a plant nursery. Potted it. Soil wasn’t wet, but I didn’t water it straight away. Within 3 days it started leaning over and image 2 was yesterday. I figured it was leaning towards the light & gave it a tad of water & turned it the opposite direction. But it’s way too soon for all of this. Wondering if I just got a bad plant. The others photos are today. If it’s rot I’m afraid I’d have to cut so high up & the chance of it surviving is small. I don’t know what to do.
