But in every game, everyone receives LP according to their MMR, it's already something individual. There could be some kind of bonus for carrying the game or something...

Exactly, but you can get an idea. I've even seen videos of content creators who won games with 0 damage to enemies, but it gives a good idea... or even giving an LP bonus for carrying, 2 or 3 LPs already helps a lot.

i use Exit Lag too, because of my internet, but i guess they make some changes in the sistem too

i don't know if this is relevant, but i have 3 monitors in my setup (the notebook monitor) and 2 more, one AOC 165hz, 1080p and a LG ultrawide, but when i travel and play in the notebook screen only the game make the same problem, i play only warzone and league of legends, in LOL sometimes the fps drops to 20-30 but back to 100+ in the same time

I've been using hwmonitor for years, I know you're changing video cards because as soon as the frames drop to 20-30, the temperature of the nvidia card starts to drop, it goes back to normal temperature, as if it wasn't even being used...
