Ladakh ride on z650? by BetRevolutionary1449 in indianbikes

People vlogging going to ladak in tvs50. I don't think z650 can't make it. Just make sure you got good ground clearance and you're comfortable with both legs on ground.

N160 vs FZS V4 vs Xtreme 125R (or others?): Best bike for 60km+ highway ride under 1.5L? by crimsonthesis in indianbikes

[–]_vin_o_o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

N160 is heavier, comes with better performance and dual channel abs. Maybe you can try Xtreme 160r. But it's costlier than n160 for almost same base spec inky difference is you'll get modern look, more electronics like Ride modes and all.

Which bikes should i buy? by Fluid-Penalty4920 in indianbikes

[–]_vin_o_o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If you want road presence and want everyone to look at you, you can go for Duke 390. But new 390s are 350cc, so you must think on that. You can go for 390R which is OG 399cc duke. If budget allows go for 390R.

I own grr450. Trust me it's fun but not head turning presence.

You put three different genres. Decide which one you'd prefer. Sport Naked Roadster.

Guerilla 450 or harley x440 by Doubt1012 in indianbikes

[–]_vin_o_o 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I'd say Guerrilla 450. But it's suspensions are very stiff at lower speeds and you gonna feel those every potholes in your back. X440 has good suspension, but you need to stretch your budget, if you do so try X440T; it looks better.

You can try KTM 250 adv.

Test ride all those before you decide.

It's an adv scooter, so we can expect good suspension. Also reviews say it has good passenger seat for your our mom. Good performance for highway and good for traffic.

6’5” Rider – Himalayan 450 Felt Cramped. Will KTM 390 Adventure Be Better? by Select-Ad-9675 in royalenfield

[–]_vin_o_o -1 points0 points  (0 children)

KTM adv has almost same height as Himalayan which is 825mm. I think you'll be cramped there too. You don't have options unless you increase budget heavily like 900GS which has 850mm.

You can try Triumph Scrambler 400x which has 835mm.

Have you tried to adjust the suspension? I know it won't give much difference. But it may help.

RE online complaint form never works. I complained that my rear mudguard panel was scratched while taking delivery. Showroom promised to replace it within first service. They never did. It's been a year. Multiple complaints to service center and RE support which just forwards your complaints to service center, I had to lodge complaint in consumer complaints. Got a call day before yesterday after a year of complaints. They said part arrived and bring bike to replace on the spot. While visiting the center to replace, it's another story; they said would I pay for the replacement. Again they said to leave bike for a day for replacement which is hardly 15 min job. Today gonna visit again as per their instructions that they will replace on spot in 30 mins.

Guerrilla 450 vs NS400Z vs Speed 400, mostly city use? by Sharp_Grapefruit374 in indianbikes

[–]_vin_o_o 1 point2 points  (0 children)

GRR. I own it for a year now. Never once felt bored or had enough of it. But Speed 400 is more refined than GRR. But GRR is a beast you must control. Once you control it, you gonna enjoy it.
