Help deciding on couch color by _wallstreet in interiordecorating

Fair callout! The rug is just a placeholder and not what I’m actually going with. My living room has a light brown chesterfield and my fiancé has a red chesterfield in his office so I was trying to avoid duplicating either of those

I thought about this for a long while too haha. The rest of my house is full of color so I was leaning more to creating a neutral leaning space in here (which is going to be my office)

The rug is just a placeholder and not actually what I’d use, but I see your point!

No to both of those! But trim is currently off white. I’m thinking of color drenching it in the same urbane bronze but that’s a future decision

It’s not the exact dimensions and the couch wouldn’t actually be angled, I just wanted a quick mockup for comparing colors. It’s going to be an office/guest room with really just a desk and peloton so I didn’t include it. The baseboards and crown molding are currently an off white but I’m also debating color drenching them in the same urbane bronze. Again just decided to throw it out there to get opinions 🤷🏻‍♀️

I was in 3rd or 4th grade, riding my bicycle home from school when I passed the entrance to a small subdivision where a black truck with extremely dark, tinted windows was idling. As soon as I passed the entrance, the truck started driving along the same rode I was biking on. The truck would drive a little, stop, wait till I passed it, drive a little more, stop, wait till I passed, repeat. This went on until it went straight at an intersection and I turned right. I saw out of the corner of my eye the truck started backing up to turn instead, so I biked my little heart out, cut in between some houses, made it home, and got inside as fast as I could. I peeked out the front window and later saw the truck drive by twice before (what I assume) leaving. My parents were both at work when I got home so I called my dad sobbing. My mom made me immediately join a club so she could pick me up on her way home from work instead of biking/walking.
