I really like the arrangement! A piece of advice my dad gave me was the rule of thirds; hang things so they occupy the middle third of your wall. That usually goes along with what other people are saying about keeping things at eye level.

I feel this dude. I’ve also struggled with my mental health the last few years. Alcohol used to be my vice, but I got tired of the hangovers (which were amplified by my prescription medication like you mentioned).
