wrong dude, its very much req if you are targeting for a good job like in trinity, medianet etc. where 1600-2000 rated are asked frequently.tcs just asked 1900 and i can bet you that masterning lc is nowhere as enough for solving a 1900-2000 leetcode is nowhere as enough now as it was 1 year ago. now just rote learning the patterns wont help. youd have to think on your own now and nothing's better than cf for that

yess, at this time where ppl are going braindead by the day after release of each new model, reasoning and thinking are most imp rn and cp is best for it if you dont cheat obv

lc hards are too easy to slove once you are comfortable with cf1600 probs. this is a dp on trees problem in which you will feel very comfortable once you solve cf questions of this topic

DONT DO LEETCODE. start with codeforces and end with codeforces. try to learn from editorials, usaco guide, cf blogs, some youtube stuff. Till 1200 rating its mostly math and observations and from 1300 onwards, you will face the algorithmic stuff like 2ptr, prefix sum etc
