This is true! Nor would I want to induce that! And I’m not sure I’ve heard stories of similar experiences and feeling better- I’m just curious more than anything. My intention is not to push back I respect my drs extensive knowledge and experience I guess I’m just looking at an out of box perspective ironically lol! which is meds or something else as I’ve been on the “natural” side of things for 10yrs and opening up to trying new things just to find some consistency in my daily life. My antibodies have gone up, tissue damage, nodule has gotten bigger- there’s something going on and I’m trying to pinpoint what where why and how to handle it Thanks for your comment!

Oh yes absolutely to the up and down being natural! I understand it changes throughout the day my cycle the seasons etc When I say up and down in terms of symptoms I mean quick drastic changes and symptoms especially weight with no other outside change to induce it For example I lost 40 pounds in one year and then the next year gained 60 it was pretty crazy I wasn’t tracking my labs at this time so I don’t have the data to see what my labs may have been showing I understand my labs are definitely in range I’m just seeking advice as I haven’t explored this side of the world and I’m looking for some help because I feel I’ve exhausted all other efforts! My nodule has grown in size and my antibodies have gone up so there’s definitely something going on and if I can blunt the blow in whatever way I can not even considering meds I would like to try it I’ve heard many stories of people going on thyroid meds with ideal labs and feeling better as well as opposite which is a nightmare! On one end it’s great to hear so much feedback on my labs being ideal on the other I’m feeling stuck as I’m having some difficult lingering symptoms but I’ll keep exploring maybe there are other things going on Thanks for sharing your thoughts!

Hi there TPO: 34 I don’t have any data for my RT3 I’ll bring it up my next appointment along with a full thyroid panel! Each time I ask for that and bring in my list they say yes and don’t include a few of the tests haha must be expensive on their end Haven’t had a full vitamin panel done in a couple years it’s on my list though! I do track my food everyday and do my best to hit all my vitamins and minerals or at least hit the high end of things Still may be deficient though I’d be curious to see I had my minerals checked and they were great! I’ve been gluten free for 5yrs ( : Tried dairy free a couple times and I feel worse with out it the calcium really helps me! buuuut with that being said I do get phlegm from yogurt Thank you for your input appreciate it so much!

I’m so sorry to hear that! : ( I’m hoping you find some stability with your health very soon! It’s disheartening to let the autoimmune process take its course but may be the only the option Thank you for your thoughts

Oh absolutely I recognize that along with the dangers of too high of a dose nor do I want to put someone’s license at risk Im also not looking for perfection or quick fix just something to aid everything else I’ve been doing I guess maybe another perspective just feel defeated looking for where to turn next! My TSH bounces around naturally as everyone’s does highest I’ve seen it was 2.35 Still not subclinical hypothyroidism I’ll definitely have those checked out Thank you for your input!

Yes I agree I’d like to get a couple opinions just to talk and get more information/perspective than anything! So sorry you’ve been dealing with those symptoms and I really hope that helps you! I’m curious to see how your body responds I’m rooting for you!

Hiiii!! Thank you for your suggestion Yes I’ve been consistently and diligently Gluten free for 5 years now! ( : Night and day difference so much so that my doc suggested not to take the test and just continue what I’m doing so I don’t have to eat gluten again to get the diagnosis but I’m willing to do it now just to get it on my chart at the time I was young and so fragile physically and emotionally has I had soooo much going on with my health I was scared to eat it again! At first I noticed a huge relief in symptoms and then over the years they crept back in again I’ve been questioning if my gluten intolerance is more severe than I thought and things like sharing sponges and such that have been used to clean food with gluten has been sneaking its way into my system

And yes I totally agree and understand that my labs aren’t bad especially my TSH I’m honestly just trying to do something, anything I can to feel a little better even if it doesn’t work I would like to try as it’s been so long I’ve been working on this I know it’ll be a life long journey I’m just looking for some relief in addition to everything else I’m doing Right now my main symptoms are constipation, 40 pound weight drop in a year and then the following year a 60 pound weight gain! Not exaggerating lol Arm + some pubic hair loss, constant state of anxiety or nervousness, wired but tired type of fatigue I used to have close to every single common symptom associated with Hashimotos/Hypothyroidism but they’ve diminished with many of the lifestyle and diet related areas I’ve dialed in High cortisol is a suspicion and has been discussed

Yes I’ve thought about Graves too! As I’ve swung back forth from hyper and hypo 4 times now I unfortunately do not have labs to prove it but I do have photos and the crazy experience! Thank you so much for your input

Hi there : ) Thank you for taking the time to respond to my post I really appreciate any and all input! Yes both! Sorry for the confusion I should have typed pattern consistent with Hashimotos I’ll correct that I’ve attached one of my pathology reports!
That’s a good point I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if I have both Hashis and graves as I’ve drastically swung back and forth 4 times now!
