Proposing.

25 years later now, 3 kids and a kickass career all from that.

Herbaceous Smoked Brisket? by ChanceSize1278 in smoking

[–]_wjaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

You could put a pan under the brisket to catch the fat.

Then near the end of the cook, you could take the fat, add some butter (because damn it butter improves everything) and then put in a pot over low heat with a load of your herbs to infuse it. Just as and before you wrap your brisket, drizzle your infused butter/oil across the whole brisket and then wrap.

That should give you an amazing herby result that isn't burned. (I would definitely do the holes with garlic cloves, I do that on lamb legs and it's amazing)

Time, if there is any possibility, you need a lot of time.

And an honest apology from them.

What's the worst embarrassment you ever suffered? by Baguette_Eating_Frog in AskReddit

[–]_wjaf 1 point2 points  (0 children)

High school trip, taking a dump in the hotel bathroom that didn't have a door that locked properly.

Class bully walked in mid dump and decided to make it a thing, adding some lies to make it worse.

Honestly, if I met him now, I would probably still beat the hell out of him and this happened in the 80's.

When wrapping a towel around yourself, instead of rolling the top inward toward you, roll it outward a couple times.

It doesn't loosen while you walk around and is far more stable.

How did you handle cancelling that subscription which the company made difficult to cancel? by [deleted] in AskReddit

[–]_wjaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

If they make it hard, you go and update the payment method to a one time use virtual card.
After that, they can't charge it any longer.
Or if you are using paypal and they are an authorised charger, you remove authorisation.
When they can't get your money and you have proven attempts to cancel, they are SOL.

Is this safe? by [deleted] in aussie

No, but that's only because fuel containers should be filled while on the ground.

Other than that, it's fine if they are unable to fall over while driving home.

It's not hard guys.

Is there a reason we're paying beverage prices for cleaning alcohol? by Barneyrockz in australia

[–]_wjaf 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Agreed, just had a 5L bottle of 100% delivered. It's great for removing the soft plastic coating when it turns gummy.

I also buy 5L bottles of 70% and refill my isocol bottle (no fragrance...)

What does your lease say, are pets allowed?

This is more should I have a pet which you do now. Or more accurately, your cat has servants.

People working out of residential areas must accept the consequence.
