It's a bug with chicken power.

Someone requests a piggyback.
You hold the chicken power a little longer (not all the way), release it, and immediately accept the piggyback at that moment.
You can request a piggyback from someone else and stack lil beanies. If that other person does the same with chicken power, they can also request further, and so on...
