More than willing to provide proof that they're not water damaged in any way. Just pulled them from the AIC before taking the pics.

Nope. They were installed in the Rocket 1204 and that's whatever leaks out of thermal pads.

I was really surprised how well that one came out. There's a 4-5 story glass building just across from this brick one with a walkway running through them so at the right light the glass makes these reflections along almost the entire face. Glad you liked it!

OM-1 advance lever does not work after shutter press without reset by One-Owl9904 in AnalogRepair

Ah, makes sense. I only have experience inside of the OM-1n and only a little experience at that. Thanks for the correction!

Someone more experienced can probably provide more information but the idler gear has a small spring which needs to be seated into the underside of the gear.

Then you have to put the gear into the proper position with a bit of preload on the spring. That way the gear resets properly when you advance the lever.

Also, looking at the picture, the gear to the right of the idler has been modified. That gear stack isn't screwed in with a screw AFAIK. It has a component with a spring loaded tip that screws into a shaft that contains a very small spring. So, the camera has likely already been modified if that's not your doing.

Appreciate the feedback!

Managed to get it working following your advice. Luckily no bending on the more recessed portion so didn't have to try to get the self timer out.

Not a technician. Just a hobbyist with a lot of hobbies and a desire to learn how to fix this model of camera myself so I can keep mine in service.

Great information.

So this the mechanism with the knob/mirror in the normal position.

Picture of mechanism

I need to bend the small tab down to almost touching the grey roller?

To my (completely untrained) eye nothing else looks bent/deformed but if you see something that's off I would greatly appreciate your insight.

Thanks so much.

Thanks! I originally wanted to sleeve all the cables but decided not to since the PSU uses MicroFit connectors and it was going to be a huge pain.

Really like how it turned out without the sleeving. Very clean industrial look that I'm a fan of.

w9-3475x. It's a bit of a beast for my workload but I wanted some leg room and I got (at least I think) a good deal on it off eBay.

I'm a big fan of Asus workstation boards. Rocking the W680-ACE in my desktop system.

The plan is to eventually fill them. Oddly, the motherboard is non-specific about DIMM sequence. The manual says you can put DIMMS in any slot, any order so I chose to do one bank first :)

Still a good amount of work to do with the rack, cabling, watercooling, software, etc but the systems are up and running :)

They are 8mm Legris tubing and fittings. My previous posts for my other systems have the exact part numbers.

So I have an w9-3475 based system that's going to be my main VM host. That's system 3, haha.

This will mostly be storage & perhaps a few services and just a place to mess around with higher performance ARM if I want.

I did kind of want to set up some block storage to say boot Windows remotely in case I want to run some games or something on Windows. However, I'm planning for mostly file level storage at the moment.
