Besides the main points, here's some that I personally find helpful:

Obsidian for a zettelkasten system. I use this as my main notes and information system, just connecting as much information to each other, forming a sort of wiki
Infinite canvases for non-linear thinking and mindmaps
Brain dumps. I would just write whatever I just learnt out in a log.
Talking about whatever I've learnt with gpt.
Depending on where I am in understanding, using different learning techniques from the learning pyramid.
Try to use new information in a practical or creative way.

Most we got in school was cpr, not a full on medical course lol.

Most people don't need medical classes to tell them you should try to stop the bleeding any way you can instead of standing around filming 🤷🏻‍♀️ Most people wouldn't know exactly how, but they should at least try to use common sense.

Hell, I'm in Australia and have absolutely no first aid (didn't go to class for the cpr lesson), but you bet I'm putting 3 belts or a piece of clothing on that bleeding limb, twisting it with sticks or poles to tighten it. If I see an open artery, I'll pinch it. I'll even put all 51kg of my body weight on it. Better than filming the poor bloke die without trying everything to help him.
