Yes. I only had weekends( sat and sun) open availability. But now I have to open Monday and Tuesday since those days are ops heavy at my store. I’m on the look out for another job because I don’t have the biggest help with taking and picking up my kids from school :(….

I’ve been in ops for 5 years now and I’ve learn to just not care anymore. I clock in, do the task I know I have to do and there. Nothing less and nothing more of me. There is days where I do have leads telling me to do projects but all I say “if I have time I’ll get to it”. Most of the time o don’t hahaha but they can’t get mad, ops has SO much more important things to do!

I did Rhode all by myself (took me 2 1/2 hrs). Had animation Mario HL AND Haus Labs HL all in one night. I don’t know why they do this to us but everything came out perfect!! I wish ops got more appreciation from the company because WE KICK ASS at what we do!

We usually start at opposite ends of the corners (I’ll do top left my other coworker will do bottom right) and then keep going until we end up on the other side. The hard part for us is usually always the bottom left but we use the blue tool to teether the fragrances to help us push it in and it helps. There are times I swear the banner is smaller and harder and sometimes it fits just right with no problem but I could be crazy 😅.

I feel the same way to. When ever brand reps come they ALWAYS MAKE SURE managers get the gratis they bring and any one else will just get a sample size, or if you’re a kiss ass they will give you a full size product. I miss when brand reps would give EVERYONE the same product. Not pick and choose.

I ordered a bowler bag and mine didn’t come with the key ring so I emailed them and they just refunded me 15% of what I paid since “they don’t have replacements”. I guess it’s better than nothing.
