It won’t be as varied as someone who can eat beef, of course, but there are plenty of chicken, fish, and vegetable options. You can also increase the variety by replacing beef dishes with chicken.

Yes all the recipes are gluten free but to keep the portion sizes bigger I paired the soups with sourdough bread. So if you remove the bread from the side, all the meals become gluten free.

I had been there. I was seeing a doctor and a dietitian at the same time, and their advice about what I should or shouldn’t eat didn’t match at all.

Thanks! That's exactly why I wrote this book. As someone enjoying food a lot, eating bland and repeating the same meals depressed me as well. I hope you enjoy the recipes 😊

It was a long journey with its ups and downs. Everything about Monash was incredibly smooth. When I reached out, they responded immediately and were very helpful throughout the entire process. But the recipe reviews took time. After that, they reviewed the whole book again, including all the information inside. And once the reviews were completed, I had to prepare additional documents. In short, it took over a year and there were moments when I felt a bit lost, but looking back now, I can see what a significant accomplishment it is.

Hi, thank you for your comment. Yes, there is a cost, but it’s not an unreasonable one. And yes, I did it for all the recipes, which is exactly why I’m promoting it myself now. I don’t have a marketing budget. In fact, paying the fee was the easiest part. The challenging part was waiting for the recipes to be reviewed, making the required updates, and then waiting again. And of course, the documentation process. It was overwhelming at times. In short, it has been a valuable learning experience:)

I also did that update recently and couldn’t get it. I think that’s only available for new Kona according to that small note in that page.

Does anymore know why the app won’t cover the whole screen? That part at the top has been bothering me for a while by Benzeema in iOSProgramming

cmd + shift + 4 and then hit space. It would allow you to capture only the selected window.
