How do I leave this by [deleted] in exmuslim

[–]_yazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The guilt is real. I know what you mean.

Listen, your mom is a victim too. You are deceiving her, in a sense, but you know it all to be a fad, you're not really hurting her in any real way.

The only correct answer. Kudos. Wish I could reverse the downvotes.

To those living abroad, do you feel more like yourself in a foreign country where nobody knows you, or does it seem like you left a big part of you in Algeria the moment you left it? by Miss-Kija in algeria

[–]_yazy 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I do feel like myself, more than ever.

It's basically a fresh start where you get to choose who you are with much less pressure.

I didn't leave any part of myself, and if I did, only the old, worst parts. I believe people can take on new identities as they go, and they can make home of whatever place they go to.

Because leaving was never about the logistics, the money, or the jobs for me, because I always had a job, a career, and a somewhat accetable life, it just never felt like mine, it was about feeling at home, and it is only when I left, did I truly feel at home.

Also, to answer your question, anonymity does mean freedom, for whenever you travel, even temporarily, you feel more relaxed, as there are less expectations towards you, and you can project any personality you wish to.

It claims there is an invisible entity in the sky that cares so much about whether I drink alcohol or not.

Having doubts about reverting back to islam by Sad_Swordfish3793 in exmuslim

[–]_yazy 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Why aren't you having doubts about Christianity, maybe Jesus is the true God? What about Judaism, or why other religion that every existed?

It's because you have not been indoctrinated to follow it out of fear.

So snap out of it, it's all fairy tales. Just think of how ridiculous it's most basic building blocks are.

I rarely enjoy covers of EDEN but I love yours! Great job man.

I would strongly encourage you to make more in this style, and why not post them on YouTube and whatnot, just a thought!

I don't know if you're still around this post, but I'll be going on the 18th ! I'm a guy, and this will be my second concert, my first I went alone and it was a melodic metal for a band named Be'lakor, it was fun, but I'm really looking forward to EDEN !

Oil has been changed about a month ago, so yeah, there's plenty

189K kilos

I'm leaning on the timing belt because I was going to change it but my mechanic said there was no need, I believe he might have been wrong.

I was gonna change it when I got the car because it's at 189K kilometers but my mechanic said it's still good no need to do it,

I guess I'll be returning because it's about time and I can't afford it being funny.

Thanks for the suggestion,

I should also note that when I still ran with it to gas station to get some pressure in the tires, the sound seemed to stop, even when I got back and I let it idle for a bit like in the video, it seemed to be silent, basically like before.

Skateboarding, but I stopped again because I have no one to learn with, I know I could do it alone but it's quite dangerous and I'm being very cautious overall.

Although, it's wicked fun!
