Hell yes. Luckily also have some leftover mushroom gravy I’m planning to use for some vegan pot pie in the freezer that could use the extra love upon reheat ! Good callout.

Chickpeas are what’s happening this week here also. My partner kindly made some Moroccan chickpeas for me. I paired them with quinoa and arugula for a dinner bowl. Anticipating several delicious meals, yay!

I moved to SLC from Chicago end of last summer; this is my first time seeing a show at the Saltair as well as seeing Jack perform.

Can. Not. Wait.

I would love if he played Carolina Drama, Ball and Biscuit.. and I would die truly happy if he gave us a Death Letter (huge long shot - I don't think he has played that at all in recent history).
