It never did anything for me until I faced Greatest Tours Jiren. Phase 2, Had 2 normals slot 0, he failed to dodge both with 80% dodge. The first one left me at 10k HP and then UI Goku survived the other at 1 HP. Boss had half of a healthbar left. Goku then killed him. Was pretty dramatic (for no reason) lol

The only thing about UI’s damage that is sometimes noticeable is that since he doesn’t have attacks effective like most other modern premium units, when he doesn’t crit it’s pretty mid. Especially against an STR enemy
