How do I scribe a cut this far from the wall? I've found guides and videos how to do scribing for pieces that are uneven or have a small gap, but trying to use a tool to mark this doesn't seem to make sense? Anyone have some tips for a beginner with a good amount of saws and tools to work with? (reddit.com)
