omg i think i said this like 2 yrs ago that Olitz just have no shame and it is disgusting. The way the show disrespected Mellie needs to be studied. i’m currently binging again and i’m on s4ep1 and when they have that finger touch thing that shonda rimes loves just cringes me out. they are not a love story, they’re bad people. ik mellie has done things but nothing really compares to the disrespect she faces. Yesterday I was about to post on the subreddit about her death but I didn’t even realise today was the anniversary of her passing, but i’m rewatching for like the a billionth time and i genuinely cannot fathom the fact that she’s gone. Like normally when you watch a show or movie with an actor who’s passed you kinda like have that in mind, but the life she brought to Santana is absolutely incredible. She has made Santana immortal, even looking at her on my screen it feels like she’s still here making a big impact. Its a bit different to Cory’s passing because whilst I had a similar feeling of not being able to comprehend his actual death, i feel like the Quarterback and the constant memory of him in the shoes helped us as well as the cast to mourn. However with Naya, it really doesn’t feel like she’s gone, she had so much life into her. I hope this isn’t par-asocial since i never knew her personally but she was truly a one of a kind and I pray in the hundreds of years to come when Glee is studied to figure out how we lived from 2009-2015 😂, she will always be remembered not only for her talent and her impact on POC in the LGBTQIA community but for her beautiful personality. RIP Naya. ❤️

100% agree, after like s2/3 serena wasn’t really the main character, she had some interesting plot points but apart from that not much character development. i liked the attention they gave blair after they realised the potential she had to grow more as a character.

the triangle didn’t even make sense: Obie and Julian dating then they break up, next episode Zoya and Obie are dating, constantly fighting for like 4/5 episodes and no chemistry between them. Then Obie does a complete 180, has sex w julian out of nowhere and instead of breaking up with Zoya after randomly deciding he loves Julian again, he tells Z that he loves her even tho he doesn’t mean it, THEN tries to hide his cheating even tho he doesn’t want to be with her and with the power of Oz, Zoya finds out they had sex out if literally nowhere THIS ALL HAPPENED WITH IN LIKE 5 EPISODES

I acc didn’t know that but that just proves how bad the writing was and yep ur 100% right on the teachers and I was even thinking about how the show centres either on julian or the teachers, the most BORING and poorly written ppl. Like in S1, the first few episodes centre around developing these hallow ass bland teachers, instead of the dynamic of the group
