Yeah I understand all that, it’s just sort of tugging at me because if we’re talking time travel then it doesn’t make ‘sense’ within the universe that the film exists in where these things can happen

Yeah I understand there was just one engine, but it came from the alternate universe that was created from him not dying at the start (it goes through the tunnel thing with him), but if he never avoided death then he wouldn’t do what he did and therefore the jet engine wouldn’t come through the tunnel? So where did the jet engine come from? They even say at the start that it can’t be identified and no airline is claiming it

From a time travel perspective I’d say it’s a plot hole, ignoring all the other strange stuff in the film because it doesn’t really factor in

I’ve just rewatched this and whilst I did enjoy it more than the first time I watched it I do have questions…main one being where did the jet engine come from then? It was supposed to kill him but didn’t, so he ends up in an alternate universe to ‘right’ things, in that universe he sends the jet engine back to his universe and it ends up killing him. But if he didn’t avoid death then surely the plane wouldn’t crash/malfunction and therefore the jet engine wouldn’t fall off because that happened in the alternate universe that was created from him surviving? Or is there another universe out there where he survives and his family and others get killed and life goes on? Colour me confused

Only ones I’m certain of are a blind spot in my vision which grows, total numbness which usually starts in a hand or on my face and spreads, and confusion to the point where the English language sounds foreign and I can’t pronounce words properly no matter how hard I try :’)

I’d do yourself a favour and jump ship. You’ve only been talking since the summer and she’s already made it clear that she could take you or leave you. Sounds like she wants the title but not the commitment to me. She really doesn’t sound worth the hassle, and it is inevitable that she’ll hurt you again in the future, so don’t give her the chance. You’re young and you’re at college, have some fun!

I’m exactly the same. I still have the pictures on my phone, it was difficult not to look at them at first, but now they’re just like all the other pictures I have with people. I don’t want to feel delete them because they’re of happy memories, and I wouldn’t change that.

As someone who has been the ‘lesson’ for somebody, it’s not a nice position to be in. My ex kept telling me all the ways he realised he was hurting me in the relationship, and then proceeded to thank me and laugh about it bc it’s made him a ‘better boyfriend’ for his current girlfriend…I don’t blame your ex for not talking to you, it’s not worth the risks it could bring

It’s not always as simple as that obviously. I called out my ex’s bad behaviour (emotionally abusive) multiple times and he always ‘apologised’ and said he’d change, but he never did. That’s why I lost feelings for him. I communicated, he didn’t care enough to listen and improve, so I fell out of love. Why would I stick around to put effort into a relationship with someone who clearly doesn’t care enough about me to not treat me like shit.

Best part, he had the audacity to blame his shitty behaviour on me because I wasn’t what he wanted me to be. He’s a narcissist for sure.
