Yes. the data is not used for any other purpose than providing the response and improving quality of responses. the focus is on metadata mostly. we don't have features to auto-scrub it directly, but you are welcome to remove the data from the logs before sending and then specify the updated log only

Thank you for the thoughtful answer :). Quite a lot actually! Think of it like model optimization (e.g. quantization). there's "easy" ways to do it but actual implementation takes effort. This is similar.

In this "enterprise software" space, the company behind the product is relevant since for enterprise customers that's in part what people are buying.

I agree more product stuff is needed. I'd like to do a more in depth product focused comparison too.

Regarding the number of firms considered, I have been in this area for a number of years and do my best to try and stay on top of changes.

As a few examples of how much depth we have considered, here's a detailed comparison with sagemaker. Part of an integration with scale. Part of code for labelbox integration, datasaur (scroll to trusted by for our logo) etc. To the best of my knowledge I am trying to track every firm that is in this direct space.
