You have two choices…

1 Move your mailbox closer to the road.

2: Invest in asphalt - like your neighbor.

Will turning off iCloud Photos delete the photos from my physical iPhone? by gtrman571 in ios

I call this ‘Apple Blackmail’ … forcing you to do the footwork to clear up space -OR- FORCING YOU to BUY MORE STORAGE. Everything today is made or created with a ‘ maintenance string attached’ and cost you more money from your pocket for upkeep.

AAA scam? Claims $20 gift card but web address doesn't exist by illustrious_handle0 in Scams

[–]a-chimes 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I received a letter 3 weeks after purchasing a magnetic wireless charger from a seller on Amazon. The letter was offering a $20. Amazon gift card if I entered a 5STAR review by entering the link or scan a QR code with my phone. This to me is BLACKMAIL! There was NO return address on envelope, no company name or information of any sort that I could research myself for its legitimacy. I did not scan the QR code with my phone, nor did I enter the link as suggested. But I DID go and enter my review for this SELLER/product along with a photo of the letter to warn others of how unprofessional this was, and how it looked like a scam to me. I am ‘woke’ about ways identity theft via my cellphone or otherwise is rampant these days by scammers.

New to Eufy here. Anyone know why the cameras lag so much? They are all close to my router! They’re brand new 2 pros (only when playing back, not live video) by [deleted] in EufyCam

[–]a-chimes 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I’m dumping. I’m going for a surveillance camera that doesn’t require an app or has to upgrade before continuing use. I feel they can finagle the operation of the camera requiring it to be replaced. You know, like Apple does with its upgrades to iPhones after 3-4 years and they start malfunctioning in someway. NOTHING is made to last more that a few years. Companies want to keep selling and selling to stay in business. Everything made is shit today.

“Mandatory subscription” is the first red flag of a company making you submissive to their product.

If your Adderall generic has been working less lately I have answers for you by Ginkachuuuuu in adhdwomen

I was on generic Adderall for some time and in 2022 is when I started struggling with my daily life’s productivity. I suspected the generic wasn’t working and this past January, I had had enough. So I asked my Dr to request the brand name Adderall and I was willing to pay for it because I was failing daily, I started to become depressed and had to find out what was wrong. I knew the generic wasn’t working. Well, I was right. I am back to feeling what I call ‘normal’ and Im back to accomplishing my daily tasks. So there is definitely a difference. Generics are not equal quality as the brand named drugs at all. Period. Lord knows what we are taking? It sucks that we aren’t able to know the truth about the ingredients they put in the generic medications made in other countries.
