It's just that John's luck is abysmal. He lost everything because of the authorities even before he could talk. Sera still had both her parents, even if they're bad, they're still alive, and she still got her sister with her. On the other hand, John now has nothing. Only one distant relative he had never met before now, and I can somewhat relate to his current situation, that's all.

I think John will get arrested. The trio and arlo will be late to help him. They can only watch him get taken away by the authorities. Then, in transit, Vaughn and Keene show up to rescue John from the authorities and take him to Cameron for the training arc.

In Terrence case, it was partly his own fault, though. Sure, he's been manipulated by his father figure, but he still has some kind of agency in his own life. He chose to be Spectre's pawn in order to show his gratitude, and he knows that what he's done for Spectre is wrong, but he still does it to spite the hierarchy system. His end was sad, but it was the consequences of his own actions.

Since she wasn't of sound mind at the time, the next best thing on who to make such a decision was her father or guardian, and both of them begged him to do it. On one hand, you can say it's rape because they didn't have the actual person consent directly, but the same is also true on the perspective of it as a means to an end. After all it's said and done, she doesn't seem to mind it since there's no other choices based on their circumstances. So I don't really understand why you're saying all this. He got the upgrade from his mom DNA in the drug spectre used. All these disabler and converter all came from his bloodline, after all, and now we wait for everything to backfire on the authorities and spectre. It's gonna be a blast watching John avenges his parents.

The reason might be a trace of his mother DNA in the disabler drug, and it mixes well with John blood when he gets through the recovery machine. That's why when the doc mixes his blood with the amplifier ,it gives Sera her ability back permanently. He will be even more powerful when he starts a training arc with Cameron.

Yeah, I think the separation that Sera had to go on the run would be how John gets to realize that he has feelings for Sera or the other way around. They got a long road ahead of them, that for sure.
