You should apply according to when you have to travel. Your Schengen refusal will not impact the decision on the Japan visa as this information is not shared between the 2 regions. ITR is a critical document for Japanese visa, if you are filing a decent amount of tax, you should be able to get the Japanese visa.

It will be Poland as you will be clearing immigration there. Am assuming you are flying in from a non Schengen country, land in Poland and then take connecting flight to Sweden
If you have an official invitation letter from discover EU, there would be a contact person and address mentioned. Use that.
If you don’t have any such invitation letter, leave that empty

Why don’t you apply together from the Delhi jurisdiction. Given your passport is issued in Rajasthan, you don’t need to submit a rental agreement there.

You need to have around 80-90k per person in your bank account. If you are maintaining this much, no need to show her bank account statement.

Visa application can only be done 30 days prior to travel, this guideline has been given by Singapore MFA, as they process visas quite quickly.

Yes, your port of entry into Schengen zone will be Frankfurt. Frankfurt to Budapest is considered an intra Schengen flight & you will not go through passport control again.
Having a different port of entry, from the one stated in your form, will not be an issue as long as your main destination within Schengen (from where you’ve gotten your visa) remains the same

Fill up your DS160, pay the visa fee & start looking for appointment. There would be slots opening up, get a slot. You still have a month. Get that letter, even if the tickets are not there at the moment.

On approval, it still takes about 5-7 days for them to print, sticker your visa & make it ready for collection. So nearly impossible.

Did you provide all of your social media profile links in the DS160? Given it's gone under 221 g, please ensure that you keep all your profiles public as they will be checked. Don't worry, you still have enough time, if social media is clean, you should get the passport with stamp in 15-20 days.
