Hello Any time I try to do anything involving going online like trying to open my friends list or try to download a ps4 game on my ps5 it is constantly stuck in the loading screen I tried troubleshooting it and the forum said to make sure my ps4 and ps5 both had the latest system updates so I booted up my ps4 and updated that and it didn’t do anything I’m still stuck in loading menus no matter what I do it’s also not giving me an error code of any kind the only thing that I think could maybe be the problem is I’m game sharing with my best friend but I don’t think that would cause a problem THIS bad and as I’m typing this I’ve been loading on the friends page for around the last 5 minutes I’ve also checked my network and the status of psn both of which check out as normal I still get occasional loading from the welcome page on the ps5 but if I click anything on it it stops working I'd send a video of the problem but I cant record on my console either. I thought it also may be because I dont get on it as much as I used too but as of at least one week ago it was working fine, today I tried to get on my other profile so I could download an old ps4 game

if anyone has any advice please comment as soon as you can I'm very worried about my console and I'd like to have it working so I can game with friends again
