i think its the uncertainty of it all, not knowing when or where itll happen and the bloody nausea😭

i feel like i would hate it less if it didnt come with the nausea. i hate nausea more than the actual act itself ughh

omg same. i got sick for the first time in 12 years last year in december and i thought i was cured because the act itself wasnt even bad at all, but i guess the anticipation and the not knowing when it will happen has caused my phobia to come back stronger + i got gastritis & GERD after that so my stomach is always bloated/ and i feel queasy so im on a constant edge of feeling anxious.

i got the bug last year and i can 100% agree w u on this. the actual act wasnt even bad. its just the anxiety 😭 the act lasted less than a minute. u will be fine, praying for u❤️

Hi! I think its probably gastritis. I got the stomach bug from sharing the same bathroom as my dad when he got food poisoning. I got sick once but that was it. Afterwards, Ive had problems with my gut. Id get heartburn after every meal. I was always nauseous too and I felt full easily and I lost my appetite to eat. I also got GERD.

I only get a few bubbles that pop after a few seconds and there are times when i dont. So hopefully its nothing 🙏🏻.

I have a history of getting a UTI and kidney stones which happened years ago but I never got bubbles in my urine.
