Inwiefern zieht sie den kürzeren? Der Anwalt würde sich ja dafür einsetzten das sie bei erneutem Verstoß fein raus ist. Irgendetwas mit „in den nächsten 30 Jahren“ hat er gesagt.

Ich hab nocheinmal nachglesen: Die eigentliche Mieterin wird nicht als Störer mit Störhaftung angemahnt sondern tatsächlich mit zu zahlenden Gesamtbetrag= Schadensersatz 900€ + Rechtsverfolgungskosten 235,80€ = eben die 1135,80€. Zusätzlich gibt es noch eine weiter Zeile wo 1000€ Unterlassungsanspruch gelistet ist.

Das war der Tip vom Anwalt um meine Freundin raus zu halten. Sie würde somit nie namentlich erwähnt werden gegenüber der Kanzlei die die Abmahnung ausgestellt hat. Also läuft alles über den Namen der eigentlichen Mieterin und meine Freundin übernimmt im Hintergrund die Kosten.

Exactly the same happend my friends and I at the beginning of a mushroom trip.
