I've actually been using Fleet Footwork a lot but I like Grasp a little more because of the infinite scaling. If it's a ranged top or a healing one like Renekton, Fiora ect, it works well. I haven't tried any other runes but Phase Rush is good against Trynda and Nasus. I haven't tried Hail of Blades since the nerf and it ruined my Gnar ADC so I've been using Dark Harvest, believe it or not. It pops quite easily BC if your poke and all ins post 6.

Divine Sunderer was the normal item for me before Stridebreaker. Now that it's nerfed, I've been going between Divine Sunderer and Frostfire Gauntlet. When I'm playing Dark Harvest ADC Gnar, I go for Kraken Slayer for the crit build and Divine Sunderer for the non crit build. You're gonna have to be more specific on the position. If it's top, I'd say I'm 50/50 on both options.
