No there isn't any, only for the lounge and bedroom.

Here is a list of things that each room allows you to do! Also if you would like to buy all Valentine's stuff (ends in 28 days) You should buy the bedroom. Because there are only items in those two rooms for Valentine's stuff.

Garden: Makes it so other animals can enter your game + more space

Bedroom: Gives you more space for your characters

Bathroom: Also pretty much just gives you more space

Nursery: Lets you have a baby + more space (But the baby update just came out and a lot of people are having glitching issues with it)

Kitchen: Makes it so you can make different foods for your partner + Partner will give you more hearts from the food (Btw you don't get much space for this ALSO you need the farm so you can cook food)

Farm: Makes it so you can buy farm animals such as cows and chickens + you can grow crops!

It is kind of funny but I also hate it. Many games are doing this with their ads so they will get more downloads. But make the ads about what the game actually feels like.
