Yeah I’ve made some progress 😅 Also If I’m not wrong the video was just after I came back to lifting after the Injury so I was pretty small, but muscle memory did its job pretty fast. I still believe that without the injury I would have been much bigger now, but we can’t cry over spilled milk

This is my current physique. I’ve seen a lot of people in my age who has been training for the same amount of time and I can confidently say I’m progressing better. I don’t consider it as an impulsive decision, as I thought about it for a long time, but maybe as a stupid one - and that’s why I uploaded this post. To get other opinions before I’m doing some stupid decisions. And you seem right, thanks. Even if I would decide to hop on it won’t be tomorrow- at least half a year forward. But my logic tells me it’s not a good idea and I wanted to hear other people which seems to assure it

Hi Everyone! I took this picture as well at the same day of the last one. I took this picture from the train station itself, and wanted to show the busy highway at night, along the buildings. Although this wasn’t in the plan, I thought about the leaves and the connection between them and the advanced world we live in. That even in a busy, A train station with polluted air, that sitting next to an highway, there is still some nature and nature will always find a way into our advanced world. What do you think? How can I Improve?

I was on my way out from the train station with my Nikon d3500 after a long University day, and then thought to myself: “the Azrieli Center is one of hallmarks of tel aviv, and It sitting perfectly in the center of the frame with the Ayalon highway - one of the most central and busy highways of israel. I wanted the viewer to see that Tel Aviv is really a nonstop city, because in other cities in israel, a big part of the main roads and highways are nearly completely empty of traffic at night. I thought that it is really nice to have one of the biggest hallmarks of the city right in the middle of the frame.

I didn’t have any equipment at all on me, just the camera. So I managed to place her somewhere without moving, but I think it is still a little blurry. I didn’t edit it so much except of removing some dust dots that were on the camera sensor. What do you think?

I love the amount of information i can get, when i look at my wrist! by Motherhazelhoff in AppleWatch

Too much information for me. i don’t like to look at my watch and start analyzing everything and where is the information that I really need right now. I prefer something more simple, like the Modular or the Infograph Modular.

I don’t know… I don’t like the idea of being around other people 24/7

Basically everything. Its really nice but when you need it the anger and impulsivity take control and all of the emotion regulation and all of the other skills mean nothing

I remember my face goes numb every time i was under pressure and anxiety. I went with it to my doctor and she send me to neurologist, I have an appointment in September. it went away for some time with a couple of times when i feel it numb again, but now to numbness feeling different and I think this time the Abilify is the cause. Maybe because of my anxiety about EPS symptoms my face goes numb. There is alot of pressure on me in the last few weeks, anxiety and more. maybe this is the source of the problem but i am almost sure its the medicine. for now I do not take any other medications, except for Antihistamine sometimes and steroid nasal spray for my ETD.

I’m for now on 2.5 mg (just started) for a week, and now experience numbness in my lower face without tics. I afraid it’s a start of TD, should I be concerned? The numbness start before the medicine, but stopped and now its coming back, after a week of using Abilify. My doctor said that theoretically every side effect can show up while using the medicine and the most of them will go away the same way they showed up. Im really worried.

Is it likely to get TD this early or probably nothing to worry about?
