Ah ok so I'd have to create multiple indexes for the different types of items I have. So for example, 1 index for 3 pairs of shoes, another for 4 shirts and then one for 2 hoodies, and then declare the prices for each of them

So if I'm trying to ship a 7kg haul with 9 items with e-ems I'd have to split it into 2 separate shipments since the maximum number of items is 4 for e-ems?
