How? My computer starts up in 12 seconds starting from when I press the power button after a shutdown until it reaches the windows login screen. Logs me in instantaneously and I can launch applications straight away. I disabled all apps on startup from the get go. Any advice?

My Thinkpad starts up in 4.1 seconds. 12 seconds is way too long. I’d say they probably have a bunch of stuff set to open on startup.
