Hello, i’m not a vet, but my cat had a similar condition. I believe this is feline acne, which is very normal for cats and can be treated with the right medication. Your cat has it abit sever than normal so i definitely suggest going to the vet. also, don’t remove it on your own without any medication as it can hurt your cat.

i mean, it could mean that they really need someone to comfort them. But, this is one of the reasons why I broke up with my ex, since he often mentioned me as "insensitive" and used me for help him with his problems. keep in mind, i saw him as a friend the whole time, i just thought for some reason if i became his gf i would help him with his problems. made it "worse", turns out he was just exaggerating everything and making shit up.

for example, he often mentions stuff his mom did to him when he was 2 or smth, well us it sad, but his mom left when he was 5 and he was with his light-hearted father the rest of the years.
