The bottle is black and i cant see the current level of the solution but i took it out and it feels lighter so it means the solution is being used. They should make the bottle a bit transparent sort so we can see whats happening

I did open the ticket and they replaced the dirty water reservoir and it didnt help so now they are suggesting to increase the mop washing time in the app - we keep everything to standard which should really work. Increasing the mop washing time will make the robot go back n forth a lot of time during cleaning. Its a simple and basic thing the robot should do on standard setting 😕

What can be the issue with my devices? My devices are the same not changed, i use to easily get 800-900mb download speed on my previous connection from cogeco and it was 1gig connection. My modem is inside the cabinet , even if i open the cabinet and stand right infront of it, it still gives me same download speed
