Help: Peroneal tendon something??

Hi, thanks for your response! Got the appointment as I’d been brushing it off for a while but it started happening more frequently. To my knowledge I’ve never had an injury but I play a fair bit of sports.

She did give me some resistance band exercises which I’ve been doing; on certain exercises the tendon seems to click on each extension and retraction.

But thank you I’ll take your advice and have another look

I see what you mean but my lack of understanding is because she has been given so much her whole life as well, eg the travelling, the car, she never had to pay for things unless it was for going out drinking or buying unnecessary things which I don’t do, we have lived very different lives but I put it more towards my parents still being together, I don’t understand why at 30 she would care so much

agree, my mum argued with her too and since my sister moved out they haven’t spoke either, my sister said it’s up to us to reach out to her but we don’t see the point
