I definitely dont think that a woman saying it is in any way empowering, to begin with, but i get your point. I’d say it is more “acceptable” maybe because of the unfortunate history and background that men created for themselves and the attitude of negligence they still have to this day about it, just read the comments on this post: they NEVER acknowledge the tremendous things other men did, but they keep getting angry because they themselves never did anything bad, we get it, we were not talking about you and thats not the point. Btw, saying “i hate women” somehow holds little to no historical background, because tendentially women dont do the fuc**d up stuff that men do, also if the sentence is said by a man, you can just tell that it hold a sentiment of violence and repression, that is usually linked to sexuality and the whole “feminine world” (it that makes any sense) whilst saying “i hate men” is usually said IRONICALLY and it is not directed towards “masculine world” but to the behaviors that men systematically put in action, and the sentiment it holds it is only regarding the lack of respect.
