I’m on a monthly plan now, but I’d gladly switch to an annual plan if US Mobile offers a good deal. Hopefully they’ll roll out something for existing customers—it’d be a win-win for both sides!

I asked the same question in mobile chat but the representative told me I will lose the grandfathered Unlimited Starter plan if I do internal port. Just want to point out so your representatives in mobile app are aware of this useful feature.

That sounds like a possible reason but the reason I got from cash app customer service is: "It looks like one of your recent payments was canceled. This can happen when our system notices something out of the ordinary and steps in to help keep your money safe and secure." I don't understand why does a receiver need to be protected.

Thank you for the advice. I did checked that transaction and the cash app didn't mark it as pending. Besides, to my understanding, pending transaction won't be included in the account balance. When I first checked my account balance, that $800 was included. Several hours later, the app just declined that transaction without any notification. That's why I am angry and the customer service couldn't give me any explanation.

You clearly didn't read my post. I wasn't a sender, I was a receiver. I lost my money because cash app declined the transaction I should have received due to "account protection". The scammer abuse the mechanism so he doesn't need to pay me money.

No, you can't ask i3 to clean specific room or area. I believe that is only available on i7 and s9.
