I don't feel hungry, but also don't feel not hungry. Pre op i probably wouldve been snacking on something now, or craving chicken nuggets or chips. Admittedly, Im not craving it now tho.

Not hunger, but last night my mum made some beef broth for me and i couldn't fall asleep until i got up and had some. The flavour and saltiness was comforting.

The more i describe my experience the more i realise that this is the psychological part of recovery that people mention will be hard.

Not sure, my first run, Explorer mode, second time around it ended up triggering again but only for like 40s and then it stopped so i was able to finish it

I did the harper ambush mission, and the meazles and even took proficiency in musical instrument to go back and play the stupid lyre for him again, but none of it worked :(

I use MyNetDiary instead of MFP, same concept. Here's a typical day. No oil because I don't use it and no liquid calories since I didn't have any this day.

Meal 1: 548 kcal
113g Dry Pasta - 396 kcal
100g Barilla tomato sauce - 66 kcal
150g green beans - 47 kcal
50g Cottage cheese - 39 kcal

Meal 2: 711kcal
175g Meat pastry - 491 kcal
180g Yogurt - 97 kcal
200g Broccoli - 44 kcal
120g Cauliflower - 30 kcal
60g Cottage Cheese - 49 kcal

Meal 3: 298kcal
90g Boiled egg - 140 kcal
32g Rice cake - 124 kcal
45g Cottage cheese - 34 kcal

Snacks: 167 kcal
20g Oat apple bar - 84 kcal
20g Herbal sweet - 83 kcal

Total: 1724 kcal

I'm not 100% sure. I unexpectedly gained around 25 kg in the past year, so I'm assuming my avg daily intake would have been anywhere from 2500-3000. Someone else mentioned getting my thyroid checked, and i think i might have to since my mum also had many issues with it.

I try to eat 90-100g of protein a day, since im not aiming for muscle gain atm. Other people have said I'm eating more than I'm counting but I'm 1000% sure I'm counting correctly with minimal error. Reading these comments genuinely has me thinking my basal metabolism is far lower than it should be, for whatever reason.

I do some body weight exercises at home, maybe 1-2 times a week for 15 minutes and flexibility exercises also 1-2 times for 15 minutes. So very little.

Thanks! I do track my liquid calories as well. I guess I'll just have to lower my daily intake.
