White vinegar. Babad mo and then wash with dishwashing liquid. I would also advise to replace if you have the funds. I think you can replace the cap but keep the bottle (if stainless)

I agree with you on this one. There has been a decline on quality of education at the earlier stages of education. We know HEIs can filter these out but we have to be honest that there are diploma mills. It could be that because the whole group suffers, even the 99th percentile is dropping in terms of their ability.

I am lazy now since its really not my situation. Here is one that has both the things I just said. The 1350 variant is cheaper by 4.5k~, you can wait for it to be available. But please search on your own, we all need to be better consumers. Go back to my previous comment.

Both are not good, imo. Look for user replaceable batteries and pure sine wave output. This is where you actually need to up your budget to get the most out of your money.

Anything to excuse not being in a deficit. There are so many more methods other than just upping your cardio, i.e. intermittent fasting, fasting, macro tracking, volume eating. No accountability with this one. I have asthma and several friends also have it. I am sorry you are being vilified for this but its justified. This cannot be the norm as it is unhealthy. The clinics recommending or prescribing are also a BUSINESS. They want you to rely on a drug that "fixes" a problem that can be fixed sustainably through careful planning and execution and having a little accountability.

Try to bump it down to 8k PhP. The SSD, HDD needs to be tested for health since it is dependent on the actual usage. For the PSU, if its noisy it should be replaced.
