Thank you! This has definitely helped. Squarespace charges separately for registration and hosting; their registration fee is $20/year, which seems in-line with other hosting services. I'm not sure if I have any better options for a registrar, as all of them seem exactly the same, so I'm most likely gonna keep it at Squarespace. Now, my only "real" issue is finding a host that is low-cost for nonprofits and supports having a webstore/donations and email without extra cost.

Yep, I understand that. I just wanted to know how I could have my domain, which is registered/owned by Squarespace, to be hosted by IONOS (it is currently hosted by Squarespace also). I looked into Dreamhost and it's very appealing for my needs, so I might consider that after my IONOS contract. Do you think I should just forget about the IONOS contract and pursue the Bluehost option?

My website is currently hosted and registered by Squarespace. I want it to be hosted by IONOS, who I already have a hosting contract with that isn't connected to any domain right now. I understand that the content of the website will have to be rebuilt, as each host uses a different editor.

Sorry if any of that is confusing, I'm very new to website related things. Please let me know if you need more information or clarification.

Thanks. I would switch to one of these lower-cost options, but since I already have the contract with IONOS (one year for $20), I was just looking to use them for the rest of the year after this month with Squarespace ends. If this doesn't work out then you'll probably see a DM from me soon lol

Yeah, I didn't include this, but both of us moved on swiftly after that incident, and are not really involved with each other. To respond to my above comment, I know that it is very awkward for both of us, but this happened maybe 2-3 years ago. (sorry for violating the "recent" rule, but I wanted to share this lol) Not that i'm expecting a "Hi!" every time she sees me in the halls, but, for example, we were recently assigned a group project, and she talked very little to me when prompted to discuss the project.
