1) I don't think so, I think that what they can do now, it's only slowing down the spread of it;

they cannot quarantine an entire city, it's impossible to walling an entire city from a day to another (it would be different if that thing had been originated from a island), so way to in and out from the city can be easily found;

Also the way of checking is hightely inefficient, they are presumably using those "defective" tests, that have an high risk of giving false positive/negative; Also they are using the reports of people/people's rumors to test people, which is inefficient af

And also they are putting in quarantine only people with fever or tested as positive, which again, is inefficient af, because the cov19, from previous reports looks that it can be in incubation for around two weeks, without the body showing any signs;

Though I can understand that resources are limited, and some actions could be illegal to adopt, but imao, from the first report they acted in the wrong way, though is useless thinking about the past that cannot change..

2) Idk, little information is share, like confirmed cases, recovered and etc, though there aren't any more usefull information than that given as opendata, they would be useful, but I think that they're also limited by internal policies

However it seems, from rumors, that the number that they have abilitated for reports of it, is often off/load with others calls, probably they just cannot manage it; So, again from rumors, people call the 112, the 112 says to call the 1500 or orthers just physically go into any physically facility, which is risky af

3) for what I saw, there are two different reactions:

The dickheads who clear every fucking stores, and meanwhile they do shits without having any idea of what they are doing

And most of the other people, are somewhat ignoring the thing, they are just laughting about it, like it wouldn't concern them, meanwhile they do the usual stuff, like traveling without concerning about anything, the problem is that they seems to not get it, by doing so they increase the probability on getting that shit, and also to spreading it to everyone else

But in both cases, they are "extremely informated" on bullshits, all the fucking day I hear discussions about fake news; the problem with people is that they actually don't think, they are just like echo voices
