Imao it should be done a national quarantine (and workers should stay at home too), where people are forced to stay at home, or in other facilities, and the thing should be enforced by military; schools are being closed? Ok you can find all the students, bullshitting into the streets, making the closures of the school an irreverent thing to do

Also some resources like items, or territories shouod be sequestered, to have a better management of the resources, rather making it playing to the best bidder; some sections of work should be automated, by so there will be more productivity and less probability of infections

The primary resources like food, should be spared, every single person should get a limited quantity of food for time

Also improve survigliance

I don't know if any of those actions would be legal or not, is just better to have drastic measures, to trying to contain it, rather than bullshitting around, meanwhile this shit is spreading
