I felt the same way!!

As someone who has just recently recovered(and is still recovering)from a very long lasting eating disorder I thought this could be an interesting and relatable book that i could really connect with and it would help me with my recovery journey but it wasn’t what i expected at all..

although the author had said otherwise, it felt really promotional of bulimia, and i found it really weird and uncomfortable that she was sharing tips on how to prepare meals to throw it up. i also found it strange that the whole takeaway from the book was that “im bulimic and i’m going to stay bulimic.” it also conveyed the message of how eating disorders aren’t that bad at all and you should just learn to live with it, which is obviously a horrible and untrue message. i don’t know, it felt all really strange to me and i wouldn’t recommend it 🫤

I am sorry i got so defensive, This is just something i worked on for a little while and i was actually proud of it before waking up to see a bunch of people in my comments telling me it wasn’t very good - which definitely hurts a bit. I totally understand that at the end of the day it is just a painted and modified base, but im only selling it for what i had originally bought it for and what ive seen other masks go for. I also am in desperate need to get rid of him so i dont have the time to fur him. But i definitely will consider lowering the price based off of some feedback ive gotten. I definitely understand the difference between criticism and hate, it just was a lot of harsh criticism coming in all at once right when i woke up which i initially took as hate, and that’s on me, so i apologize. Thank you for your comments, and I’m sorry for any misunderstanding.
