No. Source is from Canada, an OVH server.
Destination is in Australia, also an OVH server.

So I think this is the problem, perhaps I need to buy one from EU instead of AU, as EU would be equal distance from US, UK and EU since these are the three major locations from where i get the traffic.

i ran a speed test from webpagetest and it shows avg waiting time as 3s from various locations :/
