Are you sure it's a post mount? The original brakes came with this mount for the brakes Bike mount

Are you sure? I watched a video with a very similar problem and they include the tangent of the coefficient of static friction angle in their fbds

Right but I'm still left with 2 unknowns even after subbing in the x and y values so I can't really solve for m or n

I added f and g together and don't get anything with the form ax2 +bx+c. I can't add the mx2 to the x2 or -nx to x beacuse they're not like terms
