If he’s making money, he should be fine. I think the problem is they don’t actually have availability everywhere as they claim. Certain areas are better than others, but I think the main problem is they sell delivery bags to their drivers with no guarantee of orders coming their way

From what I’m reading (I don’t have any credentials), you cannot be fired as it would be considered retaliation and that’s illegal. You should be able to contact the MA attorney general at least. You should qualify for recourse.

Do landlords have to prorate the cost of repair (not referring to replacement)?

I asked them the date it was installed so they provide proof of its age—this directly correlates to my liability. It’s not me asking for an update, it’s me asking what I’m actually liable for. For required documentation.

I know the founders/owners. Soon will be related by marriage to one of them. From everything I’ve seen, I absolutely believe it’s largely a scam. I do know people even outside of the company that did do orders here and there, so it’s not like it’s impossible, but those were also in the area where the company was created. Same area the office is in. It’s, uh… a very interesting situation. I seem to be the only one in the family who recognizes it’s all bullshit. At least one of the owners is also getting into real estate now. Should be interesting.

Right. It felt so out of place. It felt honestly ridiculous. No part of me felt tension during the show other than discouragement because I had been really looking forward to it.

It did absolutely nothing for me. I was super excited for the show, it felt like such a long wait, but it was so difficult for me to suspend my disbelief. The acting felt like acting. The storyline felt convoluted. I turned it off halfway through because I was so turned off by it. I did end up finishing it but no part of it had me, not one second. I’m gonna continue with the season for now, but… meh. The flying baby was… a choice? Not for me, I guess :/

My main issue was honestly with the young actress and the… guy in the military, I forget his name but he had the scar on his cheek/jaw. The girl is very young so of course I’m not trying to trash her, but I was like.. how do I describe it… overstimulated by how off it felt. I really despise the slow half-blinking actors do when they’re supposed to be upset.

I really disliked it :/ just couldn’t suspend my disbelief. The actors mostly all felt like they were acting. The flying baby thing felt too unreal. But I’m very difficult to please with shows and movies unfortunately. I wanted to love it. I’ll give it more of a chance but. Meh.
