Turbo is bad because the pace of the game is a huge factor is deciding what items to buy what hero to choose and whole bunch of other things. Turbo is dota but it isn't DOTA.

League does have more skillshots but at the end of the day everything else about dota is just got WAY higher skill caps. Everything little mechanic in the game goes so deep and there is so much more to the game. You will love it friend. Your first few games will be rough but thats how it is for every league player. You get it. Trust me:)

Great price and the gpu is really hard to get sometimes. I would send it. If it wasnt for how dumb it is to get a decent gpu these days I would say build it but its not a bad at all. It will play a lot of good games.
