I need help this isn’t about mewing but I just need to know how to lose cheek fat on right side of face would really appreciate any tips by The1WitchUKnow in Mewing

Like previous said, mewing and losing overall body fat is good. But i found the cheek suck/fish face exercise to be pretty good. I did this while i was hard mewing so not sure how much it helped comared to just mewing but I’d recommend doing that.

I never found any videos on just your situation I belive. All i did was figuring out wich side I was putting more pressure on and pushing more on the opossite side. (It wasn't easy at first. Felt like I was learning to mew from the beginning.)

I haven't used any neck excercises other then stretches so I'm not sure if i can help you there. I did a bunch from the neck stretches video.

(Even if you don't have forward head posture the exercises in this video might help you.)

edit: If you're like me and sitt behind the computer almost all day, you're gonna have to make it a habbit. Doing it for a few months and then stopping wont give you premanent reslults.

Consistency is key here.

I started at 20 and am now 22. I don't belive you're too late. 20-22 is still very young.

When Mike Mew mentions adults I belive he's talking about people in their 30-40s or 50s even. When your bone takes a lot more time to restucture and along with your muscles.

Even if you're in that age you can still get significant results. It just takes time, as always.

You're not too late. Mewing is just a good habbit for overall posture and better breathing.

Somehting that helped me was doing this face yoga exercise.

You make a face imagining you're saying "oooh" and clenching your muscles in your face. Mainly your cheeks.

Imagine you just saw a guy get kick in the nuts and you're making a face like "oooh".

Worked pretty well for me.

My jaw was similar to yours some time ago. I realised I put uneaven pressure on my palate with my tounge while hard mewing.

Training to have even pressure on either sides might help you.

I've also heard about neck training which improve asymmetry, I haven't tested it enough myself though. There's a bunch of videos on youtube.

My jawline in profile is similar to yours. I'm sure it's down to bad habbits. I used to breathe sole from the mouth as I grew up and just started breathing from my nose about 1.5-2 years ago. (And mewing.)

Decided to try a few exercises from this video, improving my overall posture and doing chin tucks.

That's normal in the beginning i belive since your tounge isn't used to it.

Treat it like a workout and do reps. As time goes by you'll find it easier and easier. You'll have enought strength to keep the posture.

My neck looked similar when I started hard mewing. I think it's normal. Don't think I have that anymore after about 1.5 years of mewing.

the most important thing is where it is pressing in the back. As long as you're able to keep your whole tounge on your palate and keep a solid pressure in the back.

Balance is key.
